Dear Draper.

As you may be aware, I am Philippe Duchemin, President of GAEP, a company located in jebel Ali free zone and exclusive distributor for Industrial Equipements.

We never met as I believe you are not very old in the company. but I am happy to give you my feelings concerning ORIX.

I met Emma Hogan, about four years ago when I was looking for an appartment on Palm Island. It was not easy to find one with the right criterias as the demand was high and the prices increasing  day after day.

After sometimes,Emma called me in Paris and told me  I have the one you want; Sea view, good location, high floor. You have to trust me and half an hour to decide. I am rather carefull after 20 years in the Middle East, but I trusted her, and  made a  good puchase.

Since then,  I purchased through ORIX, two other appartments and one villa villa on Lime tree Valley.  As well, ORIX sold on my behalf, one villa I had befor, and two appartments. I still have one villa and one appartment for them to sale when I will be ready.

All those transactions have been done with a high level of professionnalism and ethics, ORIX  being very attentive to my own interests and keeping a reasonable  level of  commissions.

I must say that all the proposals and advices given to me by ORIX management and sales staff have  shown a very good knowledge of the market and ability to know  in which projects it was advisable to invest.
 
This is something everybody appreciate especially from an Estate Company,  I delt in the last four years with Emma, Sue, Anna, Louise and other staff,  they are all professionnals and we had excellent relationship. In conclusion, I fully trust them.
